Contribute to P4C

Why contribute?

The driving force behind SAPERE’s resource hub, and P4C.com’s original vision, is the concept of bringing people together who value p4c to share their ideas and resources.

We believe that the most useful resources for philosophy with children, colleges and communities are those that have been tried and tested.

We also believe that the time you put in to creating useful resources should be rewarded. SAPERE will therefore continue to offer royalty payments for your work, which may also benefit from the input of our editors and their linking of it to other resources on this site.

Most importantly, you will get the satisfaction of knowing that someone, somewhere, does not have to spend hours repeating the work you have already done.

What we are looking for

We are interested in resources that educators or parents can use to stimulate philosophical and reflective discussion with others. We look for good practical resources with suggestions for activities, discussions and questions that facilitators can use. The majority of our resources are currently for use with younger children so we would like to increase the range of good-quality stimulus material for older age groups, including adults and different community settings or learning environments.

If you’re interested in writing for us

We suggest that you explore our site as well as look at the sample free materials we have uploaded to see whether you can write an appropriate resource for us. You can also join our Zoom meetings to learn how best to produce resources for yourself as well as others.

If you want to send us some materials, we will look at them and give feedback about their suitability for our site.

If you have something to send us for consideration and feedback

Simply send us an email with the subject line Contribute to P4C.com with a sample of your materials and we’ll take it from there. There is only one condition: the work must be your own.

We’re looking forward to hearing from you.
