Why contribute? The driving force behind p4c.com is the concept of bringing people together who value p4c and share their ideas and resources.
We believe that the most useful resources for p4c are those that have been tried and tested with children and young people.
We also believe that the time you put in to creating useful resources should be rewarded. We therefore offer royalty payments for your work, which may also benefit from the input of our editors and their linking of it to other resources on the p4c.com website. Most importantly, you will get the satisfaction of knowing that someone, somewhere, does not have to spend hours repeating the work you have already done.
What we are looking for
We are interested in resources that teachers or parents can use to stimulate philosophical and reflective discussion with children. We look for good practical resources with suggestions for activities, discussions and questions that facilitators can use. The majority of our resources are for use with younger children although we would like to increase the range of good-quality stimulus material for older age groups.
If you’re interested in writing for us
We suggest that you explore our site as well as look at the sample free materials we have uploaded to see whether you can write an appropriate resource for p4c.com. If you want to send us some materials, we will look at them and give feedback about their suitability for our site.
If you have something to send us for consideration and feedback
Simply send us an mail and a sample of your materials and we’ll take it from there. There is only one condition: the work must be your own. CONTACT: Kay Williams. We’re looking forward to hearing from you.
